Why didn't I get a notification?
Check Settings → Notifications → Countdown is allowed. Notifications are
scheduled on-device the moment you save, so they work even offline.
How do I get the widget?
Long-press your home screen → Edit → Add Widget → Countdown.
Long-press the widget to switch between Ring, Flip Clock, and Minimal styles.
How do shared countdowns work?
Open a countdown → ⋯ → Share countdown. Friends with the app see the
same timer via iCloud.
Where do the background photos come from?
Type a place when creating a countdown and the app picks landmark imagery of
that spot, tinted by its live time of day — or choose your own photo.
